I'm Tom de Laak, a 25-year-old music and technology student at HKU University of arts in Utrecht.

Music and technology are my passion and a significant part of my life. Since I was thirteen, I've been actively playing guitar in a punk band. My love for music and technology led me to the Herman Brood Academy, where I successfully completed my studies in stage and studio technology in 2018. During this period and in the years that followed, I gained valuable experience in both studio and live audio work.

To further expand my knowledge and explore other aspects of audio technology, I started the music and technology program at HKU in Utrecht in 2022. I'm currently specializing in sound design and sonic interaction design.
